GameDay ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the GameDay app.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the app's features:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
Your ZIP code, if provided, is used exclusively to determine your U.S. state or region so we can display relevant regional streaming availability for sports broadcasts. It is never transmitted to third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
Your ZIP code is stored locally on your device using standard device storage (AsyncStorage). It is not synced to any external server or cloud service controlled by us.
GameDay retrieves sports schedule and streaming data from a backend API to display game information. This API does not receive or store any personally identifiable information about you. We do not share any user data with third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
GameDay is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information beyond an optional ZIP code stored on your own device, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. You may clear your ZIP code at any time from the Settings screen within the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
